Introduction
Foods play a pivotal role in maintaining proper health. In our society today, most people are always busy and don’t really have the time to prepare home-cooked meals, so they turn to fast foods. However, home- cooked meals are healthier than fasts foods but most people don’t realize that. Fast foods are associated with health risks, most people prefer fast foods due to their convenience. This SBA will help me discover more of what type of foods, most people would prefer and find out the amount of money individuals are willing to spend on these types of food within a weekly basis.

Method of Data Collection
The method of data collection used was primary. During the lunch break at Trinidad ; Tobago Police Service (Transit Police), the researcher handed out questionnaires to random individuals who would fill them out. The data collected from these questionnaires would then be analyzed, and put together to complete this SBA.
The research was carried out on the 16th October 2017. Thirty (30) questionnaires were given out to individuals that were randomly selected for the investigation and all were completed and returned.
See questionnaire in Appendix.

Discussion of findings
The study showed most participants chose fast foods over home-cooked foods even though fasts foods cost more money. It made me realized that most participants wanted convenience and easy access, and fast foods fell in that category, they didn’t really care much about the price range.

Research showed, that most participants would eat fast foods more times during a typical week, due to working, most people are busy and do not really have the time to make home-cooked foods.

Most participants thought that the fast food quality was improving, few thought different.

There were also a lot of money spent on fast foods on a weekly basis, which means home-cooked foods is a cheaper option.

Conclusion
This S.B.A. was started with the assumption that most persons would of rather the healthier and cheaper choice of meals, which was Home-cooked foods.

The study showed that fast foods was considered the most convenient food type to our participants beyond doubt, which was a surprise, even though it was a bit costly.
