In order to get the products to the costomer, Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd has acted as a wholesaler.

The owner in the first place started out buying jewelry by wholesale or auction of the pawnshop after the expiration of the lease. Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd has now became one of the largest diamond purchasers in Malaysia covering clients not only from our own country but also from Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, United States and also Europe. The outlet will be situated in strategically-located places. This is one of the many distribution strategies in distributing their products to their cutomers.

Moreover, Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd also practices nonstore retailing which is online retailing. Online retailing or e-tailing is avaible to users with computers and access to internet. Online retailing has exploded because consumers find it to be covenient and less costly.They can deal online to ease their purchase process. Other than business to consumer channel, Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd also carries out business to business channel .

In which they used direct channel which flows from the producer (Habib Jewels) to the industrial users. In example, the company has dealt with foreign business comapany or jewellers such as Italy’s Casa Damiana and Switzerland’s largest independent refinery, PAMP S. A. The company has also established partnerships with other renowned jewellers like Italy’s Chimneto and the Hearts on Fire in U. S. A.
