On January 31, 2013, I bought a TESCO Economic 100 DVD player at the TESCO located in Navotas City I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with your faulty product. It has not performed as it should, because it does not play DVD’s correctly. I bought it for my father’s birthday and he was extremely disappointed with it. He wanted to watch his new DVD’s but he was unable due to your broken DVD player. All in all, I think you seriously mislead us by promises that you were unable to fulfill.
The least you can do is find some way of compensating for the waste of money and the troubles we had to go through. If I don’t receive satisfaction from you soon, I am afraid that I will have to contact my solicitor. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.
