This is not good because at night, our metabolic rate is very low. this facilitates the accumulation of fat and is trapped in our body (jong, 2010). This will lead to a heart attack or another serious illness with ease. In addition, unhealthy eating habits can also lead to diabetes in children. Children now prefer to eat snacks such as sprites, mysterious potato sweets and others which mostly contain excessive flavorings and dyes from healthy foods. eating habits of children bad eating hamburgers, nuggets, fried chicken, fried potatoes and carbonated drinks are also one contributing factor (wu, 2010).
