Mohandas Gandhi describes “economic progress” as the advancement of material things without limit. While on the other hand, Gandhi describes moral progress as the advancement of the society itself, such as feeding the poor and helping other people that are less fortunate than ourselves. These two terms are interrelated as Gandhi says that the increase of economic growth will in turn lead to society’s downfall if they do not work on moral progress as well.
