Mother Teeter’s story Essay

“Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies. “-Mother Teresa. The mission Mother Teresa had in her life was to proclaim God’s thirsting love for humanity, especially for the poorest of the poor. Throughout her life Mother Teresa was constantly showing the world many things like what it means to be human, Just exactly why we need each other, and finally showing us that we all can be good. Humans are created in the image and likeness of God. Mother Teresa demonstrates this in everything she does.

All things she says and everything she goes is because she knows God is with her at all times and will always love her. I’m sure throughout her missions of helping the less fortunate she wanted to give up because it was really hard and stressful but she kept going and believed that the people would become happy like humans are supposed to be. No one is a perfect example of what being a human is but Mother Teresa brings the true meaning to life. Mother Teresa must have always remembered that God created her for a reason to help the world and that is why she demonstrates what a human is.

Even though everyone has their doubts, at the end of the day you only have to remember that you were created in the image of God and he loves you very much. “If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other. “-Mother Teresa. We, as humans will always need each other. It is one thing to be alone and another to feel lonely. We need one another so we do not feel lonely even if you are surrounded by people. Mother Teresa demonstrates the need we have for each other by asking people to help her from the street.

She was doing everything by herself in the ginning of her Journey and realized she Just needed someone to help her along the way. Even though Mother Teresa had God and He would not leave her, she needed a physical body to come and give her come companionship. Also, you will be happier if you have someone you can talk to even every once in a while, or even a different stranger everyday to have a quick conversation with. We need one another to show God created us to be with other people and to not be a hermit all by ourselves all of the time. All humans are born with the potential to be good.

The Athol community says being good is the result of being connected with God. By this definition it means not too many people are very good, as nowadays less people seem to be connected with God, yet there are a lot of good people in the world and they will continue to do good. Mother Teresa, by this definition and by most other definitions of good is one of the people who have walked this earth with the most good of all. She was strongly and deeply connected to God and would let that show through everything she did for others. She rarely did a thing for herself which made ere so great.

All the sick and dying people Mother Teresa helped in her little hospital showed she was whole-heartedly good in every way possible. Yes, having a belief in some God can help you be good but it is also the people around you that can influence your choices to gain or maintain that goodness we are all born with. Always try to do everything in your power to be good. “Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love. “-Mother Teresa. Mother Teeter’s story has taught me that making a difference starts with Just one person. When she says old never have picked up the hundreds after that.

This made me realism that simple things do make differences and smiling at strangers could make a huge difference in not only the way they look at life but also the way you look at life if you put in perspective that you could have made their day or even week. Mother Teeter’s life showed me that I can make a difference in this world too. I may not be able to change the whole world, but someone’s individual world is worth changing for the better too. A couple differences I could make to improve someone’s is a simple smile r hello to everyone I come across every day, even strangers and people I may not know.

Another is that I could say thank-you’ more often and let people know how much they mean to me. Also I could start a conversation with someone who looks like they are having a bad day and try to cheer them up and give them compliments. Small things will eventually lead to bigger and bigger things and chain reactions that will one day influence someone somewhere on the other side of the world because people will spread the good that is done to them to make other people happy. Little things make the biggest differences.
