My future aspirations are to make a difference in the business world.
I would like to be the boss. I have always thought of myself, and been told that I am a leader. I want to put my knowledge and skills to good use. Motivation is the biggest key to my academic success. Motivation is essential in preparing for my career because without motivation I wona€™t have the drive to move forward. I also believe that using my resources such as tutoring and a€? mart-thinking has really helped me to succeed so far in my college career. The personal strengths I feel that I possess for my chosen career are multi-tasking, open-mindness, leadership, fairness, and self-control. There are many strengths that I hope to gain through my college career as well as in my future career.
There are specific skills required to work in human resources: interpersonal, communication and computer systems. All three skills are required for the different types of jobs available in human resources.Educational requirements vary between the different jobs in a human resources department. Another important skill is being able to coordinate multiple programs and plans for a company. I am great with mulit-tasking, so I am very excited about this part of the job.
