The fuse is a short piece of wire with low melting point that protects the circuit from too much current flow; when the current gets too high in the wire, it heats up and melts thus cutting the circuit and preventing the damage of electrical appliances.
The fusing current (I) is the current in which the wire melts and stop conducting, it depends on the diameter of the wire and two constants that depends on the wire’s material. Equation (1)

Equation (2) represents a straight-line equation where n is the slope and ln(K) is the intercept
