We would see that a primary law would be the laws created by the Acts of parliament meaning that it would be a statement of the law from government. With the secondary law we would see that they would be established by the third party meaning that they would offer analysis, commentary and how they are used to help locate and explain the primary law. With the primary law I would decide to change the Drug Penalties act as I would believe that with the penalties people would be receiving would be too low as people are still not learning their lessons. I would propose that they would make the penalties harsher as if someone is caught for the low class drugs the fines should be put very high to ensure that people think twice before they decide to do the action as kids they are still getting arrested and not getting disciplined for it as they are only getting a warning. For the secondary law I would decide to change the law within the Eu that would be the VAT on energy bills as I would believe that the changes I would like to make would be to reduce the rate of VAT towards energy bills so that it is able to help people afford more on their expenses help them be less affected with people who have low income.
